England on top at Nations Cup

England’s Toby Tree fired a remarkable 68 on his way to leading the English Squad to the top a the Nations Cup held at the Sotogrande Golf Club in Cadiz, Spain. Teammates Nathan Kimsey shot 73 and Garrick Porteous added a 74 to lead the team portion of the event by 5 shots over the French Team.

In the individual portion of the tournament, Spain’s Santiago Vega De Seoane Saez’s 71 trails Tree by three and Scotland’s James White is a shot further back with 72.

The sunny weather was a relief to the area after hard rains fell the days before. But the 50Km winds gave little light to scoring!
