France’s Adrien Saddier shot a final round 74 and Germany’s Max Röhrig shot a solid 71 leaving both players tied on 281. Saddier won the two hole playoff with a par on the second extra hole to win this year’s European Nations Cup. Denmark’s Christian Gloeet and Italy’s Renato Paratore both finished strong with final round 69s to share third place on 283. First round leader Toby Tree continued his steady play with a 71 to finish fourth on 287. Right behind Tree were his English teammates Max Orrin 68/288 and Garrick Porteous 69/288. The Englishes final round charge helped them secure the Team portion of the event over third round leaders France. Ireland also put on a charge to beat out the hosts Spain for 3rd place.

With the French Boys right around the corner, the season is ready to take off in Europe. Would someone please tell the weatherman that winter is over!
