Migliozzi Continues Strong Form

France’s Victor Veyret won the rain soaked Italian Stroke Play Amateur Championships held at the Is Molas Resort on the Island of Sardinia. His rounds of 68,68,70,68 (-14), put him four clear of Italy’s Guido Migliozzi 72,66,69,71 (-10) and England’s Jack Yule 68,72,70,68 (-10).

For Veyret, it was his best international finish of his career. With this kind of scoring, he might be a player to put on your radar for 2016.

For Migliozzi, known as the Godfather of Golf, it was another stellar performance on the heels of his victory at the Portuguese International Amateur. He looks to have his game in order and will surely make a charge towards the top of the order of merit.
