Mayer’s Hot Streak Continues in Italy

Germany’s Tim Mayer continued his fine play with a victory at the Italian U16 and collected the Teodoro Soldati Trophy. Mayer who recently won the prestigious Coca Cola Berlin Open was injured earlier this year but has made up nicely for lost time!

Mayer’s scores of 71,71,76,71 – 289 were two shot better than England’s Conor Gough who shot 77,71,72,71 – 291. Germany’s David Li and Florian Horder tied with Austrian Dominic Schneider for third on 293.
